What you would be doing
client liaison

- Liaise with Clients and Engineers at the preconstruction stage.
- Sourcing and procurement of materials.
- Interpretation of engineer’s drawings, specification and ground investigation information to prepare detailed and precise cost estimates.
- Project financial management – assessment of project costs.
- Manage enquiries received.
- Work closely with the operational team to develop the optimal solutions and undertake project handovers on award.
