Lead the development and execution of Qiddiya's organizational interface management strategy, ensuring alignment across all internal and external stakeholders.
Direct the mapping, coordination, and governance of interface points between the TBU, other Qiddiya projects, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
Serve as the primary senior liaison for high-level stakeholder engagement, representing the TBU in strategic forums, negotiations, and decision-making sessions.
Oversee resolution of complex interface issues, ensuring risks are identified early and addressed with strategic mitigation plans.
Ensure transport projects integrate seamlessly with other city-wide infrastructure, utilities, and urban development programs.
Lead governance forums, workshops, and coordination meetings to align stakeholders on priorities, responsibilities, and timelines.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key government entities, regulatory authorities, and strategic delivery partners to enable timely decision-making and approvals.
Mentor and guide interface management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Drive compliance with all applicable laws, safety standards, and Qiddiya governance protocols in interface management activities.
Establish and monitor performance metrics to track interface effectiveness, reporting regularly to senior leadership and recommending improvements.
