Tasks

-Keep recruiting database updated. -Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers. -Monitor job requisitions and approval workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS). -Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and soft skills. -Partner with Senior Recruiters, HR, and Regional Management to identify and source talent. -Align recruiting efforts with broader corporate goals. -Work with Regional HR Business Partners and the greater HR organization -Track resumes and applications. -Coordinate interviews and perform reference checks. -Post job openings on relevant platforms. -Conduct phone screens and interviews promptly. -Source candidates via personal networks, social media, industry events, and career fairs. -Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

What You Bring

-Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C), life science, or industrial manufacturing experience highly preferred -2-5+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter in either a corporate or agency environment -Solid interviewing skills under a variety of circumstances (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) -Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.) -Proven success identifying, hiring, and retaining qualified personnel -Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills -Associate or Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent years of experience -Familiarity with databases and applicant tracking systems -Strong decision-making and judgement skills -Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
