Collaborate with senior network engineers and IT staff to implement network improvements and upgrades.
Conduct network testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams and configuration records.
Support the maintenance and monitoring of network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Performs various Tier I and Tier II service desk duties.
Participate in the evaluation of new networking technologies and tools.
Provide technical support for network-related service requests and incidents.
Assist in the design, installation, and configuration of LAN/WAN infrastructure and network hardware.

Basic understanding of network protocols, routing and switching, and LAN/WAN technologies.
Experience working in federal or defense environments.
Must have active TS/SCI
