Assistant Manager - Solar Asset Management - O&M

Description

• Assist in the acquisition and due diligence processes for new solar projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance asset performance and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of solar assets to ensure optimal energy production and efficiency.
• Conduct analysis and reporting on asset performance, including budget forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on project performance, risks, and opportunities for monthly review meetings with the management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and market conditions.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including O&M contractors and performance monitoring services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and implement technical improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Should be well versed with DSM and other regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Strong commitment to quality and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in project management and change management methodologies.
• 6 to 8 years’ Experience with project management and O&M practices in the solar industry
