We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented L&D Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the team. The coordinator will own systems, processes and data, ensuring smooth operation, combining technical platform management, process ownership, event coordination and content creation. The role is critical to the L&D team’s success, enabling strategic work while ensuring programmes run smoothly, data is accurate and systems function properly.
Key responsibilities include owning and managing the 360Learning platform, overseeing all L&D processes such as training requests, onboarding workflows and programme coordination; maintaining Power BI dashboards with accurate training data; planning and delivering leadership workshops and learning events; designing engaging e‑learning modules and communications; and leading the onboarding experience for new starters.
