Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical trailer issues efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet trailers, including brakes, axles, suspensions, lights, and structural components. Light maintenance on trucks.
Stay updated on industry standards, safety protocols, and emerging technologies related to fleet maintenance.
