Assess opportunities and risks through plan reviews and site visits.
All facets of project estimating including: analyzing plans and proposals, defining scope of work, soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids, ensuring accurate quantities, and preparing bid packages
Perform job costing analysis and provide feedback to field supervisors regarding performance versus budget.
Champion safety throughout the organization
Identify bid opportunities, obtain and review bid documents and plans.
