  • Registration Assembly: - Perform highly varied register assembly, sub-assembly and test operations on electro/mechanical units. - Fit and assemble PC board assemblies along with register sub-assembly into register housing for various specialty application registration devices. - Work from simple assembly drawings, routings and standard procedures. - Use equipment such as small arbor press, screwdriver, nut driver, hand soldering iron, ultrasonic welder and computer-run test equipment. - Test assembled register for proper function and accuracy. - Assemble cartons and packages registers/generators for distribution according to customer specifications.
  • Machining: - May operate and tend to multiple machines simultaneously. - Follow work instructions ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirement. - Check parts visually and with the use of inspection tools, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure parts meet specified quality standards. - Operate computer to check schedules, obtain part drawings, set up work procedures and update manufacturing status of jobs. - Work from dispatch lists or production schedules to obtain required daily output. - Perform part counts and/or scale counts and prepare identification tickets for outgoing materials. - Load, unload and debur parts.
  • Molding: - Perform a variety of tasks such as operation of plastic injection molding machines and perform secondary operations to molded parts such as degating, sprue removal and drilling. - May operate and tend to multiple machines simultaneously. - Follow work instructions ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements. - Check parts visually and with the use of inspection tools, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure parts meet specified quality standards. - Operate computer to check schedules, obtain part drawings, set up work procedures and update manufacturing status of jobs. - Work from dispatch lists or production schedules to obtain required daily output. - Perform part counts and/or scale counts and prepare identification tickets for outgoing materials.
  • Meter Assembly: - Perform a variety of operations such as assembly of meters, leak testing, meter testing, and packaging of meter products while following safety guidelines. - Assemble products, following work instructions ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements. - Set up and operate meter accuracy and leak test equipment to determine acceptability of product. - Operate computer to check schedules, obtain part drawings, set up work procedures and update manufacturing status of jobs. - Work from dispatch lists or production schedules to obtain required daily output.

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

  • Must be able to pass an audiogram test.
  • High School Degree/GED preferred
