Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, mechanical, and building interior/exterior components, including related grounds and production equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, relevant codes, and maintain clean, safe work areas.
Perform physical tasks including bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting, standing, reaching, and lying down as necessary to access equipment components; may be required for extended periods.
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo for all work performed
Maintain, operate, and become familiar with all facility equipment and systems
Complete assigned facility inspections and due diligence, reporting on conditions that may impact client occupancy and satisfaction
Respond effectively to emergency situations and after-hours building emergencies as required

Experience working in commercial real estate or multi-tenant facilities
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Corrigo or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
4+ years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance, electrical systems and equipment repair
Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling and work order management
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting
Universal CFC Certification (EPA Section 608)
Demonstrated knowledge of building automation systems and fire/life safety systems
Additional HVAC certifications (NATE, RSES, or manufacturer-specific certifications)
Basic knowledge of energy management systems and building controls
