Cost Consultant – Civil Infrastructure

Description

• Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
• Playing a key role in delivering cost consultancy services with special focus on Infrastructure and Landscaping works including;
• Landscaping Works - soft scaping, hardscaping and the supporting irrigation infrastructure.
• Provides guidance and direction to Assistant Cost Consultant and other team members.
• Assists Senior Cost Consultant / Associate Director to develop the team capabilities.

Requirements

• GCC Infrastructure experience is critical for delivering on this role. KSA market awareness and knowledge would be beneficial.
• Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent), or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contracts & contractual frameworks relating to construction.
