Description

• Answer and transfer all incoming calls, providing courteous assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
• Distribute packages, business mail, and magazines; maintain visitor sign‑in logs.
• Monitor security cameras and fire alarm board; control access to public entry points.
• Prepare maintenance work orders, correspondence, memos, and other documents.
• Receive and guide visitors, presenting a positive image of the community.
• Provide on‑call (PRN) support as needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate with strong English communication and proper grammar.
• Proficient typing skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple routine tasks following detailed instructions.
• Successfully pass AHCA background screening.
