  • Sustainability: Recommend energy-saving upgrades and help clients meet environmental and sustainability goals.
  • Inspections and reports: Survey buildings, spot issues like damp or structural damage, and produce detailed condition reports.
  • Carry out site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Evaluate tenders and provide reporting support.
  • Maintenance and refurbishment: Advise on repairs and renovations, manage refurbishment projects, and ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
  • Assist with feasibility studies, cost plans, and budget estimates.
  • Support the preparation of designs, detailed specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Use innovative tools, including drones and 360° digital reality capture, for surveys and site monitoring.
  • Help with planning and building regulation submissions.
  • Assist with party wall matters and dilapidations assessments.
  • Contribute to surveys (including condition and schedules of condition).
  • Support contract administration and compliance.
  • Design advice: Support design plans - especially for extensions or conversions - and ensure work meets planning and building regulations.
