Document and Manage Records of Shipped and Received Goods: Ensure all documentation is submitted to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate and communicate with Test Equipment team, Calibration lab technician, logistics team, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
Responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all test equipment (M&TE), materials, and supplies.
Track, Trace, and Update the Status of Incoming and Outgoing Shipments: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; help to maintain shipping and warehouse supplies.
Store, Manage, and Track Company Inventory: Utilize inventory management software (may include barcode scanners).
Manage the Shipment and Receipt of All Products, Materials, and Supplies: Collaborate and communicate with test equipment team, logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
Lifting, Shipping, Warehouse
Promptly Unload Trucks and Deliveries and Sort and Stock Receivables: Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
Assist in inventory accuracy of test equipment across multiple sites.
