Description

• Assist mechanics and shop staff with vehicle or equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and fuel receipts.
• Support general shop operations as directed by the Fleet Supervisor or Shop Foreman.
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic regulations.
• Deliver and pick up materials from suppliers as needed.
• Keep vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Safely operate company vehicles, including pickups, flat decks, and small trailers, to transport tools, parts, and equipment between job sites and the main shop.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork and safety.
• Experience hauling trailers or equipment is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (clean abstract required).
• Forklift/Telehandler experience and certification would be an asset
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving or delivery experience, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
