You will join a dedicated repairs and maintenance team, playing a key role in raising and maintaining the quality standards of the homes we manage, thereby improving customers’ lives. The role combines office work, remote work, and field visits to properties.
A typical day involves conducting pre‑ and post‑inspection visits, offering technical advice to trades and subcontractors, managing contracts and progress schedules, addressing disrepair, damp and mould issues, measuring materials accurately, and preparing void properties for rapid re‑let.
The successful candidate will hold at least an HND or degree in Surveying or a related construction discipline, possess strong post‑qualification experience, have knowledge of damp and mould causes, CDM regulations, and be able to diagnose complex building pathology such as subsidence. Experience in contractor management, health and safety compliance, and a proactive, commercially‑focused attitude are essential.
Working Monday to Friday, you will shape your own diary, using technology to update records, manage budgets and KPIs, and complete online learning. A full UK driving licence, an insured vehicle for business use, and a Basic DBS check (company‑paid) are required.
