As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will be co-ordinating the technical, commercial, and planning aspects of project execution during the pre-construction phase, providing the bridge between the development and construction team.

Supporting the GM Pre-Construction in pre-award negotiations with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Develop schedule, risk register, scope of works and project execution plan
Coordination of the EPC technical exhibits negotiation within contractors
Support the Contracts teams with development of key project financial inputs into contracts and delivery e.g. payment milestones
Developing project strategy that best matches the project's technical characteristics, deadlines, and risks
Developing a proactive approach to risk management
Providing technical insight and value engineering during development of preliminary/DA design

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
Based in Sydney CBD
Wind Experience Desirable
Demonstrated experience with Lump-Sum Contracts
Minimum 5 years experience in Renewables projects from the development phase through to FID
Strong understanding of construction contracts
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
