Develops and maintains project-specific BIM Execution Plans and ensures compliance with company and client standards.
Supports project teams in generating model-based deliverables, visualizations, and data extractions.
With the Project Manager, organizes and leads internal BIM kickoff meetings to communicate project standards, modeling protocols, and coordination workflows.
Manages model updates and coordinates integration of design changes to maintain alignment with project milestones.
Coordinates with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to support model-based project delivery and file management.
Performs routine clash detection and supports issue tracking and resolution with design and trade partners.
Coordinates with project teams to assist with project delivery, project close out and file transfers.
Assists with implementation and management of cloud-based collaboration platforms such ACC or similar.
On occasion, they may develop Revit content including parametric families, details, and schedules.

Can thoroughly perform quality control checks on your own and others work.
Experience creating parametric Revit families with formulas and conditional statements (If Then statements, parametric arrays, etc.).
Proficient with CAD software and workflows such as AutoCAD and Plant 3D.
3-5 years of experience in operating in a BIM role at an Architecture, MEP, Structural, or related.
Strong knowledge of Revit.
