The successful candidate will be expected to meet targets such as net sales, closings, customer satisfaction, and NPS goals, while maintaining service to contracted homeowners. They must develop quarterly business and marketing plans, deliver effective sales presentations, and promote assigned and remote communities at broker offices and events. Weekend and holiday availability, including arriving early before model openings, is required.
Responsibilities include showing homes and homesites, monitoring community appearance, using approved marketing materials, and submitting paperwork and earnest money promptly. The agent must keep listings up‑to‑date on Mungo.com and MLS, attend industry events and required training, and follow safety guidelines. Collaboration with sales leaders and marketing teams to plan events is also essential.
Candidates should have an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, a residential real‑estate license for the state, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, KOVA EMS, HubSpot). Six months to one year of related experience is acceptable, and the role requires strong communication and organizational abilities.
Mungo Homes, a family‑run builder since 1954 and part of Berkshire‑Hathaway since 2018, values family, faith, and work‑life balance. The company invests a portion of each home sale back into local communities through the Mungo Homes Foundation and fosters a supportive, “adopted” team culture.
