Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving equipment over 50 lbs, and working in challenging positions such as climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings, with ongoing compliance throughout employment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards.
Basic knowledge of fire sprinkler systems or related technology.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
Basic understanding of plumbing or mechanical systems is a plus but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
Ability to use hand tools and basic measurement equipment.
Experience or coursework related to plumbing or mechanical systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
