- Revoir les budgets et échéanciers avec les équipes de projets lors de la préconstruction et/ou de la soumission;
- Mettre à jour les projections de coûts de façon mensuelle;
- Exécuter toutes les autres tâches requises pour l’exécution de son mandat.
- Coordonner l’avancement du projet avec l’ensemble de l’équipe interne et des sous-traitants;
- Appliquer les plans et devis et s’assurer du respect de l’échéancier;
- Coordonner les tâches et la charge de travail pour tous les employés sous sa responsabilité au chantier;
- Appliquer le système qualité de l’entreprise;
- Compléter le rapport journalier des travaux et quantités;
- S’assurer de respecter le budget identifié autant pour les indirects de chantier que les directs
- Participer aux réunions de chantier;
- Assurer l’application et le respect du devis santé-sécurité EBC et des programmes de prévention propres à chaque projet;

- Capacité à travailler sous pression;
- Capacité à gérer un projet d’envergure;
- Être responsable de l’organisation et de l’orientation de la construction et de toutes les activités liées au chantier;
- Minimum de 15 ans d’expérience en projets de construction industriels;
- Excellente feuille de route de projets réalisés avec succès;
- Salaire compétitif;
- Formation en génie (DEP, DEC, BAC) ou toute autre combinaison d’expérience et de formation équivalente sera un atout;
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français) est un atout important.
