Coordinate with consultants, client representatives (TAQA/ADDC/DEWA), and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise and manage all civil activities for substations, including foundations, trenches, cable ducts, control buildings, equipment plinths, and site development.
Ensure adherence to Abu Dhabi Municipality, TAQA, ADDC, DEWA and relevant UAE authority requirements.
Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and scheduling activities.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, IFC/approved shop drawings, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC procedures, and project timelines.
Manage concrete works, earthworks, rebar, formworks, asphalt, paving, and finishing activities.
Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and support design clarifications with the engineering team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor material deliveries, conduct inspections, and support the preparation of MIR and RFI submissions.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Strong understanding of concrete mix design, soil improvement, waterproofing, and structural works.
Experience in handling site inspections, quality documentation, and authority approvals.
Ability to manage subcontractors and control manpower productivity.
Minimum 7 years of civil construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in substation projects in the UAE.
