Tasks

The IT Project lead will be responsible to lead IT projects, focusing on Oracle NetSuite, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals. The IT Project lead will play a crucial role in enhancing collaboration, stream ling IT operations, and providing training to drive continuous improvement. -Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors to manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables. -Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to improve their understanding of new processes and tools. -Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. -Create user manuals, documentation, and FAQs for implemented IT solutions. -Evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed to support project objectives. -Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure project alignment with organizational goals. -Collaborate with the internal IT team to address operational challenges and troubleshoot issues. -Understanding and scoping new requirements and their change effects -Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and IT operational efficiency. -Coordinate with internal development teams to define technical requirements and deliverables. -Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. -Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. -Identify skill gaps within the team and recommend relevant training or certifications to bridge these gaps. -Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. -Document best practices and lessons learned to optimize future projects. -Identify Innovative advancements and help to align with company objectives -Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are proficient in using Oracle NetSuite and other implemented IT systems. -Testing and Implementing new Projects for Functional and operational improvement -Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle NetSuite and other IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. -Stay updated on new features or updates in Oracle NetSuite and other systems and organize -Step in during critical IT situations to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on business -Foster clear and open communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.

What You Bring

-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus. 2.Experience -Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable. -Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science and Engineering, Higher Degree. -Knowledge in company Functional process. -Excellent communication skills with Project handline and user Training skills. -Proven experience in IT project Management, including ERP implementation or maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
