Internal Sales (Reactive)

Description

• Handle inbound sales enquiries, extract briefs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Support account management and product campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present, promote, and sell Tricel’s portfolio of products and services.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Cost out projects and generate quotations using in-house tools.
• Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order handover.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on quotations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Previous experience of sub contract review and project management.
• Commercial insight with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong technical sales background, ideally in mechanical services, plumbing, or construction.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
