Tasks

-CAD Template & Block Library – creating, updating, and maintaining the master CAD template and block library. -Project BIM Management – attending meetings, maintaining BIM documentation, and ensuring adherence to BIM Execution Plans. -BIM Coordination – collaborating with clients and subcontractors to share models and resolve clashes. -Draughting & Design Checks – producing drawings, checking for design and logic errors, and suggesting solutions. -Transition to Autodesk Revit – developing methods for seamless transition from AutoCAD, including tags, families, and Dynamo scripts.

What You Bring

-You should have strong experience in AutoCAD (2024) and Revit (2025) -Excellent attention to detail -We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD/Revit Technician or Design Draughtsperson who can work both independently and collaboratively. -Experience with BIM coordination -Solid understanding of HVAC or MEP disciplines
