Lead product safety audits, ensure compliance, and support quality initiatives in territory.
Ensure completion and consistent approach to SAIS inspections before turnover
Support SEC’s internal TCA self-assessments and follow up on gaps closing actions
Site Execution: ensure SAIS/CPSI, DLFI, Qualison/Qualigear and HRFE excellence
Communicate to Area Staff monthly performance and together define gap closing actions
Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards for all.
Create Value for the Customer: Deliver innovative, reliable solutions.
Join Group Technical Compliance Audit (process review, 1-2days field and closing meeting) and help ensure the Area completes TCA actions of previous year
Prepare TCA readiness and overall FQE conformity activities
Quality Walks: implement and follow-up
Integrity and Trust: Foster honest, ethical relationships.
Collect common issues, identify needs for training/coaching, raise lack of compliance clarity and request approval for valid exception to Product Safety
Represent Area Quality at SPQR meeting (NI/MOD/EI)
