- Warranty & Post-Project Management: Own warranty response and resolution, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and permanently.
- Professional Representation: Serve as a field ambassador for Pierre Landscape—demonstrating professionalism, safety awareness, and quality in all interactions.
- Training & Development: Lead and document training sessions on topics such as irrigation systems, plant care, and safe equipment operation.
- Lead with Safety: Champion Pierre’s safety culture by enforcing all company and OSHA standards, conducting jobsite safety walks, and coaching field staff on hazard recognition and prevention.
- Operational Tracking: Maintain production logs (budget vs. actual) and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across departments to update SOPs, strengthen communication, and promote a culture of accountability and growth.
- Field Leadership: Supervise and support Foremen and crews through clear direction, ongoing training, and consistent performance feedback.
- Maintenance Transition: Coordinate the start and end of maintenance periods per contract and ensure close-out documentation is complete and accurate.
- Site Oversight: Conduct regular job walks with Project Managers, GCs, and clients to assess progress, safety conditions, and quality performance.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and document daily quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and contract specifications.

- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in landscape construction or a similar field environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and accountability mindset
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- Skilled in training, mentoring, and motivating teams toward shared goals
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards
