In this role you will execute valuation and appraisal assignments—including financial reporting, purchase accounting, net asset value, periodic reporting, tax, and lending—for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, and lenders. You will work both independently and with team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service, gather pertinent data through client interviews, and review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends. You will also prepare and present analytical results in a clear, concise manner.

As a Senior Valuation Specialist, you will apply your valuation and appraisal expertise across all commercial real‑estate property types.
The ideal candidate brings 3‑5 years of related experience, an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license, and a Bachelor’s degree. Strong organization, communication, and team‑player skills are essential, along with a solid commercial‑real‑estate background to perform the role effectively.

Compensation is commission‑based with an annual performance bonus. Employees receive employer‑subsidized medical, dental, vision, basic life/AD&D, and short‑/long‑term disability coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
