Establish and communicate weekly frozen schedule with Operations.
Execute Plant Standard Operating Procedures including Extrusion, Fabrication and Slotting into a 4week production schedule for regional assigned plants.
Scheduling of Make to Order items – includes establishing dates, defining required upcharges or minimum QTY, filling orders to meet required ship dates and advise Customer Service team.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Work with plant managers and purchasing to arrange manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Reviewing open orders in ERP system to ensure order fulfillment.
Work with S&OP and Capacity analysis team to follow the strategy for long term planning.
Monitor and maintain MRP planning parameters for responsible manufactured items.
Maintain inventory target on a monthly basis. Manage safety stocks effectively, account for stock transfer lead time and demand variability.

Experience with SAP/JDE is preferred.
Knowledge of master data including material master MRP, BOMs, routing and ECN process.
APICS certification is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
Proficient computer skills in MS Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
Able to multi-task and display a high level of company/team spirit in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
