- Adheres to developed processes and methods, while also identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Empowers the team by participating in equipment/work area cleaning for safety and functionality, and supports new employee training and SAP system access setup.
- Maintains and manages inventory while ensuring adherence to 5S+, Lean principles (8 Wastes, VSM, Kaizens, Standard Work), and continuous process improvement.
- Accurately receives incoming materials, supplies, and products; verifies shipments, inspects condition, files damage claims, and records received items per established procedures.

- Problem solving (A3, 8D, etc)
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.
- Safely operates a stand-up reach truck, stand-up order picker, sit-down forklift, and drives a Yard Jockey to position trailers for loading/unloading; proficient with small hand tools, battery, electrical, and air power tools.
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- 3+ years’ experience with Forklifts (Reach truck, sit down, Cherry pickers)
- Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- 3+ years of experience working in the shipping department of a manufacturing plant.
- Proficient in using SAP – ERP system and RF Devices.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and resolve conflict in a professional manner.
