Description

• Learn management of each department to ensure compliance with guidelines, budgets, and standards.
• Participate in daily stand‑up meetings.
• Handle HR and payroll functions, including new‑hire paperwork and timecard adjustments.
• Interact with residents and families to address concerns and resolve business‑office issues.
• Collaborate with Sales on marketing plans, sales goals, and tracking move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Review accounts receivable and support collection efforts through calls and correspondence.

Requirements

The trainee will gain hands‑on experience across operations, sales, and administrative functions, working closely with each department to understand how a senior‑living community operates. This immersive approach prepares the individual for future executive leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Leadership, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (5 years preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficient; Excel knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within Texas and desire to grow and learn.
