You will participate in focused training, attend team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. A buddy and manager will support you throughout, providing coaching and mentoring to help you complete assignments and develop new skills.

Assist with day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, monitor equipment, oversee processes, and ensure production goals are met.
Participate in quality control and assurance, inspect products for defects, and verify compliance with industry and company standards.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
Collect and analyze data on manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
