Support HR operations in onboarding and employee documentation.
Assist in campus engagement initiatives and employer branding activities
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department heads and hiring managers.
Conduct targeted headhunting and extensive calling to attract quality candidates.
Maintain recruitment databases, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future organizational requirements.
Experience: 5–7 Years
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the same industry will be considered a significant advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple mandates simultaneously.
Strong sourcing and networking capabilities with a proactive approach.
Familiarity with roles in the architecture, interior design, or construction sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
