Description

As Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for overall maintenance, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing, and maintaining the property’s physical needs. You will lead repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and apartment refurbishments. Experience overseeing maintenance team personnel is preferred.
