Assist with review of insurance provisions in contracts and leases
Conduct first review of invoices and process for payment
Work with insurance company on the auto physical damage program
Coordinate collection of exposure data from internal sources for all insurance programs (domestic and international), including analysis of the data and explanation of changes:
Review policy documentation to ensure accuracy
Prepare applications for insurance renewals
Maintain international schedule of insurance and work with broker to identify stand alone policies to be integrated into Dover program
Provide claim notices to insurance company, track status and assist with claim questions
Serve as single point of contact for bond, certificate and auto ID card requests
Assist Director with allocation of premium and expenses to Operating Companies
Serve as single point of contact for Operating Companies regarding insurance inquiries

Superior Project Management skills

8+ years of prior risk management, broker or underwriter experience
Insurance designations: Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) desirable

Exceptional interpersonal and analytical abilities including fully developed written and verbal communication skills
