Review and provide contract mark ups, negotiate client contract modifications with support from Contracts Department, and knowledge of 5 contract review modifications including indemnification (duty to defend), standard of care, insurance requirements, warranty, and payment terms*

Assist in developing procedures, systems, and methods for project delivery.
Manage multiple and/or major marketing pursuits including resumes, writing project approach, responsible for teaming efforts, QA/QC and review of requests for qualifications (RFQ), proposals, leading interviews, etc.
Prepare scope of work (SOW), Levels of Effort (LOE) and schedules for projects. Identify out of scope requests and prepare proposals for additional authorizations.
Ensure completion of the contract and subcontract review process through the Contracts Department and appropriate filing and adhere to jurisdictional requirements and company-established signature matrix protocol.
Ensure the company-established QA/QC process is followed from proposals to final deliverables.
Oversee multiple clients and ensure a positive and professional rapport.
Foster an environment for strong communication and collaboration such as ensuring that messages and information are not only received but understood and acted upon appropriately within the department, other disciplines and regions, and corporate resources including engagement of staff.
Independently perform all assignments, is the key decision maker/subject matter expert and addresses staff questions/concerns in project design/constructability, and supervision received is essentially administrative.
Manage project personnel, projects, budgets, and invoicing.

Identify and recommend the hiring of additional staff when appropriate.
Identify and solicit project opportunities with current and new clients, as well as in-house groups.

Driving and Vehicle Use. May involve driving large pick-up trucks with attached trailers, potentially operating watercraft, and for extended periods of time.
Supervise projects, survey technicians, and field crews required to complete survey projects.
Assist Marketing with proposal preparation and interview presentations.
Ensures adequate staffing and recruiting of project team members.
Travel to existing and potential clients’ offices throughout CobbFendley market area as needed.
Delegates work to, trains, mentors, and supervises junior-level staff and other entry to senior level project managers to complete assignments.
Provide timely feedback directly to staff including for annual evaluation.
Participate in weekly meetings for marketing, operations, resources, etc.
Assist marketing staff with marketing packages, proposal preparation, proposal review, presentations, and marketing meetings.
Responsible for collection of invoices from clients and other Project Manager’s clients under their direction. Communicates with Regional Manager for delayed payment risk plans.

Neck Movement. Forward flexion, extension, or lateral rotation of the head and neck while using multiple computer screens.
The more successful candidate will be proficient user of Autodesk Civil 3d, Carlson Survey, MicroStation and GeoPak, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office products.
