You'll apply deep technical expertise to create sustainable, efficient systems - including performing LEED energy modeling and life-cycle cost analysis - and will help shape firmwide engineering standards and mentor the next generation of talent.
As a Senior Engineer at SHP, you will lead the full engineering design process for both new construction and renovation projects. You will set technical direction, manage multidisciplinary coordination, oversee staff, and serve as the primary engineering liaison to clients and project partners.
Candidates for this role should be willing and able to travel as needed, often with short notice, to support firmwide priorities, strengthen client connections, and grow their impact across markets.
