Develops and utilises project schedules and resource plans, supported by regular reviews and project controls to monitor progress.
Manages project cost buildup and gross margin, tracks cost and schedule performance, forecasts trends, and ensures effective change control.
Sets clear project objectives for scope, schedule, budget, and productivity; monitors performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and addresses performance gaps.
Identifies project risks and implements mitigation and contingency plans in line with Worley risk management procedures, maintaining an uptodate risk register.
Defines and leads multidiscipline, multilocation project teams to deliver the agreed scope of work effectively.
Ensures compliance with the customer’s Basis of Design, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements, with accurate tracking of design deliverables and quantities.
Acts as the technical interface with the customer, proactively resolving technical and coordination issues and maintaining trusted client relationships.

Extensive years of engineering experience, including relevant supervisory, project management and/or technical experience; Workshare experience; E, EP project experience.
Demonstrated understanding of EPC project delivery workflow and coordination and also has a basic exposure and understanding of procurement/subcontracting and onsite construction support.
University degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent experience with professional registration in local jurisdiction.
Competent in Microsoft Access and Visio.
Applies strong knowledge of customer contracts and business drivers to oversee project execution and financial performance.
