Define and own the product vision for Jacobs’ Digital Twin for Data Centers, articulating how this product aligns with corporate strategy and customer needs
Lead cross-functional teams (software engineering, product managers, UX/design, marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure aligned execution and timely delivery
Champion the product internally and externally communicate vision, progress, challenges, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders
Conduct and interpret market research, stakeholder interviews, competitive benchmarking and customer feedback to inform decisions
Define success metrics (KPIs), monitor performance, and iterate product direction based on real-world outcomes. Report on progress to executive leadership
Identify risks, manage trade-offs (scope, cost, time, quality), and drive decisions that optimize business outcomes and customer value.
Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements and market opportunities based on data, customer insight, and competitive analysis
Establish and be accountable for the P&L of the product revenue, profitability, cost structure, pricing, lifecycle management

Ability to bridge technical execution and product strategy—translating complex capabilities into user and business value.
Familiarity with User experience design, application of data science in software solutions, and high-quality customer delivery in Cloud environments
Background in digital twin development, real-time simulation, or engineering visualization across complex physical systems
Prior experience in consulting, systems integration, or project-based solution delivery, especially within digital transformation or infrastructure domains
6+ years of progressive software product management experience
Working knowledge of AI/ML or LLM integration for scene understanding, automation, or intelligent simulation control
3+ years in real-time 3D, Omniverse, digital twin, or simulation platforms
Own go-to-market strategy positioning, value proposition, launch planning, adoption and growth strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, 3D Graphics, or related technical discipline
Experience with real-time rendering, RTX graphics, materials, lighting, and 3D asset pipelines within simulation or digital twin environments
