Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly time office reports with HR and management.
Maintain and monitor office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory to ensure availability and proper usage.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and visiting guests.
Maintain vendor records, bills, and documentation for audit and compliance.
Verify daily attendance entries and prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
