Working closely with restaurant servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to coordinate table turnover, communicate guest needs, and ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area, including floors, furniture, and fixtures, to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Setting up and maintaining the buffet station, ensuring all items are replenished and presented attractively.
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Assisting with beverage service, including refilling water glasses and delivering beverages to tables, to support the overall service flow and enhance guest satisfaction depending on your assignment for the day.
Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recooking orders, and product availability.
Interacting with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting with any requests or inquiries they may have, and ensuring their needs are promptly addressed to enhance their dining experience.
Supporting servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils, and replenishing supplies as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Setting and maintaining dining room tables according to established standards, ensuring they are clean, properly arranged, and fully equipped with necessary items such as utensils, glassware, and condiments.
Supporting bar operations as needed with opening and closing procedures, stocking and restocking, preparing garnish, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar.
Adhering to all resort policies, procedures, and hygiene standards, including food safety guidelines, to maintain a safe and sanitary dining environment for guests and staff.

Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities with efficiency.
Having a working knowledge of draft beer systems and how to properly change a keg.
Must have a current Food Handlers card.
