In this role you will manage and grow customer relationships through both virtual and face‑to‑face channels, identify needs and growth opportunities, and increase revenue via subscription upgrades while maintaining retention. You will also drive product usage through quarterly business reviews, collaborate with internal specialist teams, and execute strategic portfolio and territory plans to deepen engagement with key accounts.

We are looking for candidates who have a proven record of building meaningful connections with multiple stakeholders, strong communication skills, and a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude. Ideal applicants think creatively, are people‑focused, and value teamwork, with experience in SaaS, commercial real estate, advertising or online marketing considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and a solutions‑focused mindset in a fast‑paced, agile environment are also desired.
