Oversee the review of RFPs, specifications, email communications, and drawings to ensure solution and product compliance. This includes preliminary HVAC sizing, lighting calculations, battery calculations, and weight estimates.
Participate in key customer meetings, including visits, presentations, proposal clarifications, and project kick-off meetings. Develop and present compelling proposal documents and customer value propositions.
Collaborate in project handover meetings with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless transitions and successful project execution.
Ensure technical compliance and accuracy in quotes. Develop and implement performance metrics to track and report on team performance.
Develop and implement FAE strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Provide expert technical assistance to customers, sales managers, engineering, and estimating teams. Ensure the completion of datasheets to define estimating inputs.
Set team objectives and allocate resources effectively based on project priority and business impact.
Support new product development, product introductions, and product improvements by analyzing and communicating product development needs internally.
Lead and mentor a team of application engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Demonstrated ability in the electrical infrastructure market in a technical role.
Strong product presentation, communication skills, and technical competence.
Proficiency with LV/MV Switchgear, Relay Panels, UPS, MCC, VFD, and related equipment.
