We are looking for a Production Technologist to join our new site in Hinjewadi, Pune, and ensure quality products are delivered on time. The role includes assembly of drills according to drawings, testing, reporting, diagnosing issues, maintaining 5S on the shop floor, learning the process, training newcomers and providing general support to stakeholders.

The Production Technologist must maintain great attention to detail, identify product problems, and make clear recommendations. The position also requires adherence to the organization’s safety culture and timely delivery of inspected equipment.
Education/Experience: Diploma in Engineering (ME/Electrical) with 2‑4 years of production assembly line experience, preferably on heavy earth‑moving machinery such as drills. Candidates should understand hydraulic components, read assembly drawings and hydraulic circuits, and have hands‑on experience with high‑pressure hydraulics, welding, and electrical assembly. A PWD license for high‑tension voltage work is mandatory for electricians/electrical engineers.
