The Sales Manager will lead and grow the in‑home sales organization for the Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC territories. This high‑impact role involves driving sales performance, coaching field sales representatives, and delivering a consistent, professional customer experience while collaborating with senior leadership, marketing, and operations.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of in‑home field sales representatives across Asheville and Greenville
- Drive regional sales strategy, revenue growth, and market penetration
- Conduct regular ride‑alongs, training sessions, and performance coaching
- Set clear expectations and accountability for sales activity, close rates, and customer experience
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives
- Participate in hiring decisions and succession planning
- Maintain expert knowledge of Joyce products including windows, bathrooms, and sunrooms
- Actively sell alongside the team as needed to model best practices
- Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow, territory coverage, and conversion
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Uphold Joyce brand standards and professional sales processes

- Required industry experience in home improvement sales (windows, bathrooms, and/or sunrooms)
- Previous experience managing an in‑home or field‑based sales team

- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding team‑based revenue goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly between the Asheville and Greenville markets
- Experience working within a manufacturing or factory direct sales environment
