We are seeking an experienced and results driven Junior Legal and Compliance Officer to support a high performing Legal and Compliance function. The role is responsible for disciplined legal administration, first line compliance monitoring, and the timely coordination of regulatory requirements across the group. Core scope includes maintaining and updating registers for internal policies, operational permits and approvals with the Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Municipality, and the Department of Economy and Tourism, together with leases and Ejari, trade licenses, intellectual property records, and the contracts register.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, with a paralegal certification considered an added advantage. They must have a minimum of three years’ experience in legal administration and compliance, with a strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, including both mainland and free zone procedures for trade licenses, permits, and company secretarial matters. The role requires experience in contract administration, particularly in managing basic templates and overseeing document control processes. Familiarity with trademark procedures and maintaining related records is also desirable.
