You will be the strategic lead for our Gatwick Design Framework, ensuring smooth delivery of current projects while unlocking new opportunities for growth. Working closely with our Aviation Sector Director and a talented multi-disciplinary team, you will help shape the future of airport design and delivery.
Lead the Civil & Structural Transformation of One of the UK’s Busiest Airports
- Coordinating project teams and resources to ensure seamless delivery
- Leading the preparation of winning bids and tenders, with a sharp focus on value, innovation, and client needs
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, representing BakerHicks with professionalism and insight
- Building strong, trusted relationships with airport stakeholders and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
- Supporting the development and execution of our aviation business strategy
- Leading the Gatwick Framework account, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards

- A strong understanding of design stages across disciplines
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant technical or operational discipline
- A proven track record in business development and account management
- Chartered status with a professional body is preferred
- Significant experience in project delivery within construction or civil engineering, ideally in an aviation setting
- Experience working in the Aviation sector on construction or civil engineering projects a plus otherwise experience working on frameworks for other projects within construction or civil engineering will be required
You will be onsite at Gatwick Airport three days a week, with occasional travel to BakerHicks offices as needed.
