The Follow Up Specialist works in the office supporting field Commercial Maintenance Technicians and the Customer Service team. Each day involves moving work orders toward completion by reporting key tickets, researching missing information, and contacting the right parties. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and frequent communication by phone, email and in‑person.
- Support field technicians and the customer service team to advance work orders toward completion.
- Generate daily reports highlighting key work orders and investigate each ticket for missing information.
- Coordinate with internal staff, technicians, customers, and parts suppliers/manufacturers to resolve issues.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule with additional compensation.

The position is Monday‑through‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule that offers additional compensation. Candidates need three to five years of similar office experience; facilities‑maintenance background is preferred but not mandatory. Strong written and oral communication, multitasking ability, and daily use of Excel and work‑order systems are essential.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain detailed, analytical documentation.
- Utilize Excel and various work‑order systems on a daily basis.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar office role; facilities‑maintenance experience is a plus.
- Proven multitasker with strong written and oral communication skills.
