- Ensure all works are carried out in line with project drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
- Maintain site records including as-builts, levels, and QA checklists.
- Key Responsibilities Carry out setting out and surveying duties across various project sites.
- Work closely with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of design specs.
- Contribute to HSEQ compliance, daily briefings, and safety observations.
- Support the delivery of programme milestones through effective on-site coordination.

- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across Ireland.
- Relevant Engineering or Construction qualification (Diploma or Degree).
- What We're Looking For Proven site engineering/setting out experience in the construction or civils sector.
- Travel to various sites as required; primarily London-based but with national scope.
- Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of construction drawings.
- Proficiency with setting out equipment (e.g. total station, GPS, AutoCAD, Leica/Trimble).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Long-term project pipeline across Tier 1 sites
