

We’re seeking an HR Manager to take ownership of all HR functions across the business. This is the lead HR role - a hands-on and strategic position responsible for developing processes, managing day-to-day HR operations, and partnering with leadership to support a growing team across multiple locations.
This position oversees the full scope of HR - including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. You’ll serve as the key advisor to leadership on HR strategy, while ensuring consistent, compliant, and people-focused practices across the company.
